They say it takes a village - this song proves the point. I wrote these lyrics on a whim, and one day Ethel discovered them and was inspired to put them to music. I did a produced version of the song and convinced my daughter Chelsea (who obviously sings like an angel!) to sing the lead, and then played it for Chris French, who was himself inspired to add the alter ego and vocal backups it obviously needed, with a heartfelt flute track that put this song over the top. What a wonderful collaboration!
